"Homestay Maejo Baandin, also known as Earth Home has become one of the learning centers for people all over Thailand and the world, sharing knowledge of how to live a simple, healthy life. We teach people how to build houses from adobe, we share knowledge on how to farm organically, and we arrange for cooking lessons for anyone who wants to learn to cook Thai food. We are proud to become a center for skill-sharing and cultural exchange, giving opportunities to locals and visitors from everywhere around the world to meet and learn from each other. This portion of the retreat, we will travel to a small village outside of Chiang Mai to stay with a beautiful family who created 'Earth Home' 

Highlights:

  • two yoga practices daily in an outdoor setting overlooking fields and northern thailand mountain ranges

We are offering this retreat as a whole package. You also have the option of joining us for one of the weeks. 

Cost of each week is $1,000

Cost of two week retreat is $2,000 ~ this Includes:

  • All transport from when we meet in Chiang Mai on the 14th until we return to Chiang Mai on the 27th.

  •  14 days of Lodging and meals at the elephant project and Earth Home Retreat

  •  7 days in the jungle with the elephants

  • A Thai cooking class

  • A Thai Massage

  • A Thai language class

  • A trip to the local temple and traditional Thai sauna

  • yoga, chanting, writing, meditation daily

 

All contributions go directly to support Yoga and Animal Rights Alliance.

 

 

This will be an experience where the practice of self care is aligned with service to another species who, due to human ignorance, have found themselves needing sanctuary and love.
